A. Is the tubing hose vended?
- Unfold the vended tubing hose.

B. Did you keep the replacement time?
- Please contact the A/S Center and ask to exchange the water filter.

C. Did the temperature of the feed water decrease rapidly?

- If the feed water temperature becomes low suddenly, the purified water decrease.
   Specially, it is phenomenon that can look in winter.

A. Was the voltage selection done wrongly?
- Check power supply.

B. Is power cable unplugged to a wall outlet ?
- Please insert plug well.

C. Was the fuse disconnected?

- If the fuse disconnect, please open the fuse holder of?product backside with driver or
   hand and exchange new one.

 

A. Did you use much the hot water at once?
- Please wait for a moment before use the water purifier.

B. Have you used the water purifier with the hot water switch 'OFF'?
- Hot water switch located in product backside should be ON.
   Please check the hot water switch.

C. Is the bimetal sensor of hot water storage tank not connected?
- The bimetal sensor keeps away damage by overheat of hot water storage?tank.
    It's operates, so press the switch in the middle of the bimetal sensor.

D. Is the water supplied properly?
- Insufficient supply of water could be the reason, Please fill up the water.

 
 

A. Did you use much the cold water at once?
- Please wait for a moment before use the water purifier.

B. Have you check the voltage for the water purifier?
- Please check the voltage.

C. Is the backside of the water purifier too close from the wall?
- Water Purifeir should be installed more than 15 away from the wall for? good operation.

D. Is water supplied properly or is the temperature of the feed water properly?
- If the water is not supplied to product, because the cold water does not flow out, please
   confirm the supply of water. Also, temperature of feed?water should be below 30.

 
A. Is the installed water purifier located in the weak or unstable floor?
- Please locate the water purifier in the flat and solid floor.

B. Does the water purifier reach with other things?
- Please avoid the direct contact with other things.

  A. Is the water leaked from the hose connecting part or the water purifier?
- Please contact A/S Center after closing the valve for the feed water and?disconnecting
   the electrical power supply.

 
  A. Did you keep the replacement time?
- Please contact the A/S Center and ask to exchange the water filter.

B. Have you cleaned the water storage tank?
- Please clean the water storage inside the water purifier.

C. Have you not use the water purifier for a long time?
- If you have not used the water purifier for a long time, please clean the water storage
   tank and ask to exchange the water filter to A/S Center.
